2. Pricing, Spare Parts & Billing

If additional spare parts or specialized hardware are required during repairs, technicians will inform the client and obtain explicit consent prior to installation. Replacement hardware is billed at actual MRP with authentic receipts provided directly to the customer.

3. Payment Terms & Cancellations

Payments for completed services can be processed via Cash, UPI, Credit Cards, or Net Banking immediately following job completion. Bookings can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled technician arrival time. Cancellations made after a technician has arrived on-site may incur a nominal inspection fee of ₹150 to cover travel costs.

4. 30-Day Re-Service Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a 30-day work warranty on all labor-based repairs. If the exact issue resolved during a visit resurfaces within 30 days of service, urbanhomecares.info will send a technician to re-evaluate and rectify the issue at zero additional labor cost. Note that this warranty excludes damages resulting from customer misuse, external physical impact, or pre-existing structural decay.

5. Limitation of Liability
